Camp Order No. 2

2023

Communications Intended for Outside of Willard Camp

In order to maintain quality and accuracy in communications intended for publication outside of Willard Camp, I am formalizing a previous protocol as a Camp order. In the past it was recommended that any written product submitted for publication outside of the Camp required [1] permission of the Commander and [2] review by two additional persons other than the author. The Commander may be one of the two additional reviewers and the second reviewer will be chosen at the Commander’s discretion. This process is now to be used.

This order covers any composition representing the Camp to be published in the Guidon, Streamer, submissions for Department and National newsletters, any report of Camp activities and any information submitted to the media. Included in the media are newspapers, television, radio and social/internet media (e.g. Facebook, etc.).

So ordered 1 September 2023.

In Fraternity, Charity and Loyalty

Commander Thomas O. Maggs.

Col. George L. Willard Camp #154
